Why Do Strengths Matter? 

Becoming aware of our innate talents and strengths provides a whole new perspective on who we are.  It provides immediate validation, confidence and peace with an deeper understanding of how we are wired.  The assessment reveals insights into our behavioral patterns and why we interact with others the way that we do.  Once we gain a deeper understanding of what each talent theme means, we can leverage the talent at will and minimize the focus on our weaknesses.  As a practicing student of strengths for 10 years, I can certainly testify to a greater level of confidence, joy and peace about who I am and how to focus life activities within my strengthzone.
